General Regulation of the Automobilia Fair

Deadlines

All values in debt for the purchase of space/rental of tables must be paid in full until September 3.

Setting-up will be held on the 3th September, from 08:00 to 18:00.

The fair will be held on September 3, from 18:00 to 20:00, Sept. 4, from 10:00 to 20:00 and on 5 September, from 10:00 to 18:00.

The dismantling of the fair will be held on 6 September, from 10:00 to 13:00.

Use of Space

It is expressly prohibited the occupation of corridors or other spaces that go beyond the area previously established in the contract.

It is expressly prohibited entry or exit of vehicles during the fair.

Security

All exhibitors must be always identified with the exhibitor’s card during assembly and disassembly of the fair.

All vehicles must stay off, with the batteries disconnected. It is expressly forbidden to switch on any motor vehicle within the pavilion of the exhibition throughout the event.

It is forbidden to block access to doors and entrances during assembly and disassembly of the fair.
