Fernando Batista

Brief info

Fernando Batista has passed through several categories of Portuguese motorsport, from the races of speed, rally, skills and autocross

Considered one of the great Portuguese drivers of the 60s, Fernando Batista is the leader with greater longevity in the history of Portuguese motorsport, presiding over the Targa Club.

In 1970 he became National Speed Runner-up in Gr.2. It is certainly one of the few pilots who raced in the three mythical Portuguese city routes, in the old routes of Boavista and Vila Real, and still in Vila do Conde.
